• Led BIM server implementation: enabling real-time collaboration across four functions (architects, store planners, concept designers and country visual merchandisers), reducing design coordination time
• Streamlined ServiceNow workflows inside my department by eliminating redundancies and closing information gaps across linked processes
• Optimised the print services supplier process across the store portfolio, coordinating four functions (suppliers, visual merchandisers, asset creators, and artwork owners) to reduce turnaround time and error rates
• Designed and implemented a store startup process from scratch, consolidating input from architects, store planners, visual merchandisers, and leasing managers into a structured brief for the architecture team - integrated with ServiceNow, replacing scattered information flows and reducing project kickoff delays
• Designed and implemented an end-to-end broadband readiness process for new store openings to ensure connectivity is live and running by the opening date. Coordinated over three functions (project managers, IT infrastructure and leasing managers) and the process replaced ad hoc coordination and eliminated potential lead time delays.

Led the end-to-end design of Lindex fashion retail stores across Northern and Central Europe. Projects ranging from 300 - 1200 sqm, with delivery averaging 6 weeks from brief to handover. Contributed to 30+ store projects across 7+ markets.
